Lecture slides, suggested solutions to selected end-of-chapter exercises, and suggested programming projects are available on-line to instructors who have adopted the text. These materials are password protected. Access is supposed to be mediated by Elsevier; please register on-line at educate.elsevier.com (US) or inspectioncopy.elsevier.com (international). Once you are registered as a course instructor, the login name and password for the solutions should be available at Elsevier’s adopter’s site.
Unfortunately, as of December 2025, Elsevier has still not managed to update this page correctly, and we are unable, as authors, to manage the distribution of access rights. Please stay tuned.
